Baker, Latonia

Visual Communications, Graduate

Architect and designer K. Latonia Baker currently teaches 3-D Modeling and Animation at the American Academy of Art.

Her study on San Miguel and the New Plaza was published by the Harvard Graduate School of Design (Revitalizing Toledo’s Historic Core, 1995).

She has produced architectural designs for hospitals, office buildings and residential developments. In addition to teaching, she is currently the director of Design Collective Studio, a company that supports architects and developers by recreating their designs using computer models.

She currently holds a B.A. in Art History from Wellesley College and an M.A. in Architecture from Harvard University.
