McLuckie, Robert

Photographer and designer Robert McLuckie currently teaches Electronic Imaging and Advanced Electronic imaging at the American Academy of Art. His extensive experience in the commercial sector has earned him recognition and awards from many notable corporations.
In 1983, he formed McLuckie Design Group, a photography studio concentrating in annual reports, corporate editorial and illustrative photography. He has worked with a wide variety of clients, including:
- Sports Illustrated
- National Geographic
- Adobe
- American Hospital Association
- AT&T
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Harley-Davidson
- Kraft
- Leo Burnett
His work has been recognized by Fortune magazine, and he has been awarded many corporate photographic art commissions. He has also worked with Aldus Corporation and Adobe to develop the Masters Program and training materials for authorized trainers of page-layout and imaging software and is himself an Adobe Masters Master.
Mr. McLuckie has started two Mac user groups in the Chicago area, and has been a guest speaker and panelist at various trade conferences.
He graduated with honors from the Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
