Kimberly Northrip has been on faculty at the American Academy of Art since 2002. She currently teaches Communications, Creative Thinking, Art History and Art and Technology in both the B.F.A. and M.F.A. programs.

Ms. Northrip holds a B.A. in English from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and an M.A. in humanities from the University of Chicago with a concentration in feminist theory and writing pedagogy.
