Stutts, Michele

Foundations

Fine artist Michelle Stutts is a nationally and internationally exhibited artist. She specializes in watercolor, 2-D and 3-D mixed media, and her current work is in video and mixed media installations. She teaches Fundamentals of Art at the American Academy of Art.

Ms. Stutts holds an A.A. in Commercial and Fine Art from the American Academy of Art, a B.F.A. from Chicago State University and an M.F.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts and Media from Columbia College.

Originally from Liverpool, England, Ms. Stutts has exhibited her work widely in the United States and abroad. Her work has been included in group exhibitions in New York, Rhode Island, Indiana, Ohio, Washington and Minnesota and in international exhibitions in Australia, Germany, Bulgaria and Canada.
