The American Academy of Art grants the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (BFA). The four-year BFA programs require 122 semester credit hours over the course of eight full-time semesters. Students choose from the following Bachelor of Fine Arts degree programs in: 3-D Modeling/Animation, Art Direction, Graphic Design, Illustration, Painting with specialization in Oil Painting, and Photography.
