FAQ’S

When can I start applying?

You can begin your application process starting May 1, 2024. All applications, leases, and payments are conveniently processed directly through the University Center.

What is required to sign a lease?

Along with meeting the University Center’s additional Rental Qualifying Guidelines, you can apply with either a Qualified Guarantor or by paying a deposit that equals to $2,300.

When are rental payments due?

Rental installment payments are due on the first of each month.  Your first month’s payment is due 30 days prior to your move-in date, ensuring a smooth transition to your new home.  After, your second month’s payment is due by October 1.

The American Academy of Art College does not offer its own housing facilities, though many of our students have leased housing through the University Center. We recommend that all new Academy students interested in housing contact the University Center directly to discuss leasing options at https://universitycenter.com/
